The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that digital feedback is used by management as a material for service evaluation, employee performance monitoring, and as a basis for decision-making to improve service quality. This evaluation process is carried out through internal meetings, employee coaching, and strengthening a culture of excellent service. The use of digital feedback has a positive impact on improving employee professionalism and service quality. This study analyzes the implementation of the SIRANUM and GULIS ARDIBA programs as school strategies to strengthen students’ basic competencies. Using a descriptive qualitative approach through interviews, observations, and documentation, the research involved the principal as the main informant. The findings show that SIRANUM effectively enhances numeracy through leveled classes and structured practice, while GULIS ARDIBA fosters a strong literacy culture through reading routines and the integration of literacy across subjects. Both programs are reinforced by data-based instructional leadership and teacher learning communities. Digital supervision is seen as a transformation from conventional supervision through the use of information technology. The method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by reviewing accredited articles and journals related to lesson study-based digital teaching supervision. The SLR procedure includes: formulating the background and research questions; searching for literature through Google Scholar using Publish or Perish; selecting studies using inclusion-exclusion criteria; assessing the quality and relevance of the research; extracting data on the techniques and application of digital supervision based on lesson study; qualitative thematic analysis to answer research questions; and presenting the results in the form of narratives and summary tables. The results of the study show that digital supervision utilizes online platforms such as Zoom, Google Forms, and Learning Management Systems to facilitate observation, reflection, and more flexible feedback. The integration of lesson study strengthens collaboration, joint reflection, and the development of sustainable learning practices. The research employed a literature review approach by analyzing various scientific sources, including journals, textbooks, conference proceedings, and policy documents published within the last ten years. The findings indicate that many students struggle to understand the concepts of negative numbers, the direction on number lines, and basic operational rules, including the correct use of positive and negative signs in mixed operations. Difficulties are particularly evident when students solve word problems that require reading comprehension, interpreting context, and selecting appropriate procedures. Other contributing factors include differences in students’ prior knowledge, limited use of concrete learning media, and instructional methods that do not provide meaningful learning experiences. The problem addressed is the students’ low reading comprehension,ineffective reading strategies and the lack of engaging learning media, resulting in decreased learning motivation. To overcome this issue, the study integrates the SQ3R learning model assisted by the WATTPAD application as a digital learning media tailored to students' needs and interests. This research uses both qualitative and quantitative approaches. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and tests. The data were analyzed through data collection, condensation, display, and conclusion drawing. The results show a significant improvement in reading comprehension scores, increasing from an average of 67 in the pre-cycle to 74.33 in the first cycle, and rising to 80.33 in the second cycle. This research used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The research subjects consisted of </em>science<em> teachers and seventh-grade students. Data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data were analyzed using interactive analysis techniques, including data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing.</em></p> <p><em>The results of the </em>study<em> showed that the learning process was still dominated by conventional methods and the use of printed worksheets that were less interactive, resulting in low student motivation and </em>participation<em> during the learning process. Students experienced difficulties in understanding the circulatory system material because the concepts were considered abstract and complex. In addition, students showed greater interest in digital, interactive, and game-based learning media. This research aimed to verify whether PQRST model assisted by Google Form media can improve students’ reading skill and students’ character to the eleventh year students of Vocational High School in Klaten. It was conducted in two cycles. Every cycle includes planning, action, observation, and reflection. The techniques of collecting data include observation, interview, questionnaire, test, and documentation. </em><em>The data were analyzed by qualitative and quantitative. Qualitative, the activities include assembling the data, coding the data, comparing the data, building meanings and interpretations, and reporting the outcomes. Quantitative was conducted by analyzing the scores of students’ reading skill and students’ character. </em><em>The result of data analyzing that the students’ competence in character based reading was increased. From pre-cycle, the mean scores of students’ reading skill was 67.17, cycle 1 was 74.35, and cycle 2 was 77.39 with Minimal Competency Criteria (KKM) was 70. On the other side, from pre-cycle, the mean score of students’character was 3.00, cycle 1 was 3.03, and cycle 2 was 3.07. This film tells the story of Doni's family life which is classified as lower middle class. Doni has a desire to join a motorcycle gang at his school. The author is interested in analyzing the word values in this film because the application of Javanese is like everyday life. The analysis was carried out by considering 6 types of word values to determine the application of Javanese language discourse in this film. The researcher analyzed using semantic analysis in the form of word values by Ferdinand de Saussure which focuses on word values determined by their relationship with other words in the language concerned.
